Adam Zamoyski is a historian and author of ‘1812: Napoleon’s Fatal March on Moscow’ (2004) and ‘Rites of Peace: The Fall of Napoleon and the Congress of Vienna’ (2008). His most recent book, ‘Izabela The Valiant: The Story of an Indomitable Polish Princess’, documents the life of his great-great-great-grandmother.
