Basile Marin and Léo Marin

Basile Marin is CEO and co-founder of Expansion Partners, an investment bank in bioenergy technology companies and project development firms. He is also a non-resident fellow at l’Observatoire de l’Économie Française. In France, he publishes in Conflits, l’AGEFI, Les Echos, Forbes France, the Revue Politique et Parlementaire, and the Revue Défense Nationale. In India, he publishes in The Diplomatist, Raksha Anirveda, the Imminent and CENJOWS. Léo Marin is Investment Director at Expansion Partners. He notably led Expansion Partners’ acquisition of Biomass Centrale, an industrial AI company focused on biofuels, where he serves as CEO. He is also a non-resident fellow at L’Observatoire de l’Économie Française. In France, his work has appeared in Les Echos, L’Agefi, Conflits, and the Revue Defense Nationale. In Canada, he has written for the McGill International Review. In India, he has published in The Diplomatist, Raksha Anirveda and CENJOWS.
