Dieter Helm

In his new book, 'Climate Realism: Facing the Facts about Energy', Professor Sir Dieter Helm argues that climate policy must begin with the facts about rising atmospheric carbon, global energy demand, fossil-fuel dependence and the real costs of pollution, rather than with wishful thinking about targets alone. It will be published by Cambridge University Press on 8 October.
