Kai Hebel

Kai Hebel is the author of the book Britain, Détente, and the Helsinki CSCE: 'Fathers of the Final Act' (Routledge, 2025). Dr. Hebel is Assistant Professor of International Relations at Leiden University, the Netherlands. His research focuses on the CSCE/OSCE, diplomacy, multilateral negotiations, and international security.
