Dr Kristin Ven Bruusgaard is the Director of the Norwegian Intelligence School. She was previously a Postdoctoral Fellow and Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of Oslo and a Research Fellow at the Norwegian Institute for Defence Studies. She was also the Deputy Leader of the 2021 Norwegian Government Defence Commission and a Senior Security Policy Analyst in the Norwegian Armed Forces.
