Mary Bridges is an Ernst May Fellow in History and Policy at Harvard’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs and was the 2025 American Australian Association Fellow at the United States Studies Centre. She is the author of ‘Dollars and Dominion: US Bankers and the Making of a Superpower’ (2024) and has been published in the Los Angeles Times, Condé Nast Portfolio, and Ms. Magazine.
