Dr. Moritz S. Graefrath is a postdoctoral fellow in security and foreign policy at William & Mary’s Global Research Institute, a nonresident fellow with the Institute for Global Affairs at Eurasia Group, and an affiliate scholar with the Nanovic Institute for European Studies. He has published several academic articles on grand strategy and great power politics in outlets such as the European Journal of International Security, International Theory, Global Studies Quarterly, and the Cambridge Review of International Affairs. His analysis and commentary have previously appeared in War on the Rocks, Lawfare, and on The Insider podcast.
