Sam Wilkins

Sam Wilkins is a PhD Student at Yale University, where his research focuses on how American foreign policy elites thought about the Cold War in Africa in the Ford and Carter administrations. An active-duty U.S. Army Special Forces officer, Sam conducted operational deployments to Afghanistan, Nigeria, and Somalia. Previously, Sam also served as an Assistant Professor of International Affairs at The United States Military Academy at West Point.
