Thomas de Waal

Thomas de Waal is a senior fellow with Carnegie Europe, specializing in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus region. He is also a translator of Russian poetry. He is currently a Europe’s Future Fellow with the Institute of Human Sciences (IWM) in Vienna.
