Tom Holland is a historian, author and co-host of ‘The Rest is History’ podcast. He won the Hessell-Tiltman Prize for History with his book, ‘Rubicon: The Triumph and the Tragedy of the Roman Republic’ (2003), and the Anglo-Hellenic League’s Runciman Award with ‘Persian Fire’ (2005).
