Will Quinn served as a Professional Staff Member on the U.S. Senate Committee on the Armed Services and aide to Senator John McCain. He is currently a Pre-Doctoral Fellow at Johns Hopkins SAIS, where he is writing a dissertation on how U.S.-Russian relations in the early twentieth century and their impact on American statecraft.
