Professor George Yarrow is an Emeritus Fellow of Hertford College, Oxford and has written and lectured on energy policy for over forty years. He was an advisor on UK energy policy in the post-privatization period and later a member of the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority, the energy sector’s principal regulator.
