Iskander Rehman is a Senior Political Scientist at the RAND Corporation and Senior Fellow for Strategic Studies at the American Foreign Policy Council. He was previously associated with the Kissinger Center and held fellowships at the Brookings Institution, the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments, the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, and the German Marshall Fund of the United States.
